We strive to make selling art easy and profitable. We place your artwork where it will fetch the highest price possible. We use our contacts with museums and institutions for museum grade works and our international network of private investors for investment grade works.
The Process
Our sales process is streamlined to be simple for our clients. Keep it headache free and hassle free let Wunderly take care of everything. Here is how it works:
- We send you the consignment agreement.
Each agreement is discussed and customized to your fit your priorities and the particular needs of your situation. When all questions are answered, both Wunderly Galleries and you, the client, sign the contract and exchange original copies.
- You ship the artwork to an art storage facility.
We work with art storage facilities all over North America and the world. After agreeing on an appropriate location, the artwork is located to the storage facility for photographing and safekeeping during the consignment process.
- We create a website section especially for your artwork, determine the best way to sell it and begin negotiations with potential buyers.
Each artwork is individually curated in public or private sections of our online Sale Room, depending on your needs. We determine the best way to sell your artwork in order to satisfy your priorities and timing. We call potential buyers, meet with them, write to them, send them emails, text them and share photos. We provide exclusive descriptions and elaborations on the significance of the artwork you are selling.
- We manage the details of the sale.
We work out all details of sale, collect payment, acquire insurance, pack and ship the artwork and make sure it arrives safely.
- We send you payment
Once the artwork is safely transferred to its new owners, we send you a check, bank transfer or payment wherever you would like in the world.
